Note about policy OIDS
This PKI used to be managed by Idemia before the transfer of the associated signature activities to Docaposte.
At the time it was managed by Idemia, OIDs in the 1.3.6.1.4.1.54916.* hierarchy had been assigned for it's elements, but they are now updated to OIDs in the 1.3.6.1.4.1.31132.* branch owned by Docaposte.
Any subsisting reference to the previous OID hierarchy shall be replaced by a reference to the exact equivalent OID under 1.3.6.1.4.1.31132.*, simply substituting 54916 with 31132 in the value of the OID.
